Works for me Wednesday

I happened to run across this little tip that I use only a few times a year because I don't make deviled eggs often, but it comes in handy when I do.. Maybe it will come in handy fo some of you as well.

Easy Deviled Eggs Put cooked egg yolks in a zip lock bag. Seal, mash till they are all broken up. Add remainder of ingredients what ever you usually add, reseal, keep mashing it up mixing thoroughly, cut the tip of the baggy, squeeze mixture into egg. Just throw bag away when done easy clean up. Just like that!!!

I've read that before and it sounds like such a good idea. I don't make deviled eggs often but next time I'm going to try it!!

Yep, Easter is coming and that is the beginning of the deviled egg season at our house. I have done this before, but the picky person that I am, says that I have to beat them with an electric mixer. NO, I have never tried beating them while they are in the plastic bag but that should be fun! Hee! Hee!
