Slow cooking Thursday

I finally figured out how to get the slow cooker image on my blog with the help from a great friend. So here is my recipe, & no I am not hungarian but this is a great tasting goulash.

Hungarian Goulash. For more good recipes check out. Diary of a SAHM

2 # round steak, cut in 1/2 inch cubes

1 cup chopped onion

1 clove garlic, minced

2 Tablespoons flour

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1 Tablespoon paprika

1/4 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed (I use fresh from my garden to taste)

1 bay leaf

1 can tomatoes

1 cup sour cream

Put steak, onion, garlic, in slow cooker. Stir in flour and mix to coat steak cubes. Add all remaining ingredients except sour cream. Stir well. Cover and cook on low for 7 to 10 hours. Add sour cream 30 minutes before serving, and stir in thouroughly. May cook on high 5 to 6 hours, stirring occassionally. Serve over hot buttered noodles.

Hope you try it & enjoy!!!!
