California trip

We recently had the chance to go visit a very dear aunt in California. She is the last of five siblings in her family & is very spunky. One of the top things on our adgenda was to take her to Yosemite National Park, which is not to far from where she lives. She loves the waterfalls & had a wish to see them one last time. She has macular degeneration & her vision is failing. Even though she is up there in age (I won't give that away) she is able to get around very well with miminal problems. She was so thrilled to be able to see the falls in full force with plenty of water flowing. As you can see in the picture she is the one without a jacket (we are the wimps) with ours on. It was sunny that day but rather breezy & cool. She is one tough lady. Our time spent with her was very enjoyable & I always hate to leave.
