You gotta see the Blue Ridge Parkway

These are just a few more pictures we took traveling through the Blue Ridge Parkway in North Carolina.

Sweetman loves to get as close to the edge as he can. You know those signs that say don't go beyond this point?? Well, for some reason he can never see those.

It was really windy the day we visited Grand Father Mountain. The road that got us to the top of the mountain was several hairpin turns that twisted and wound its way to the top.

Walking on the swinging bridge was a bit hairy, but worth it for the views we saw.

This one was taken at the highest elevation 6,053 feet, it was a main stopping point for bikers to take pictures of their bikes in front of it.

It looks beautiful! Tell Ray to stay away from the edge. :)
