We enlisted the help of a good friend who offered to help & has had some past experience with this type of floor. He was extremely helpful & his mucsle work was very appreciated.
It took the better part of the morning just getting all the stuff out of the way but once furniture & other stuff, (we have to much stuff) was out of the way it only took about 4 hours to get the old floor ripped up. We just pitched the old stuff out the slider & I halled it to a big burn pile out in the back yard. It made a great bon fire.

I always like to see men on their knees, isn't this just a sight for sore eyes??
Now this one is pretty good to, here we have a major discussion going on about how to get to the hard spots like behind the frig and stove, & as you can see we now have the input of another male expert. It takes some figurin on just how to get this done, don't ya know. Me, now I was doin some of the supervising but for some reason they weren't paying much attention to me. Sigh!!!
I'm just glad that the whole process went fairly well today with no injuries just a few sore muscles & very worn out people.

I'm so excited for you! I can't wait to see the finished product.
I know you will enjoy your new floors. I have hard woods in my formal dining room and sometimes wish my whole house was this way.
I hope you have a Happy Thanksgiving.

Hey, looks like something happening around your place!
Will be nice to see when you finish it.
I just did my bathroom. I forgot to take pics before so I could post. I had to remove wallpaper, prime, painted, hated paint and repainted. LOL
Been there done that!! You will love the finished product, but it just might be the beginning!?
