Slow cooking Thursday

I can't believe how quickly thursday rolls around.

A few years ago the Nursing Home I work at had fund raiser, and one of the ways to make money was to compose a cook book. It was put together by employees and families of the residents. So the recipe I'm posting today is coming from that book.

Crock pot ham and scalloped potatoes

6-8 slices of Ham

8 to 10 med. potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 onion
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 (10 oz) cream of mushroom soup

Layer 1/2 the ham, potatoes, onion, and cheese in crockpot. Add salt and pepper. Repeat remaining ham, potatoes, etc. Pour soup over top. Bake on low for 8-10 hours or on high 4 hours.
Enjoy all the good food recipes out there in blog land, at diary of a SAHM.
