I'm talking about spring, it was here for about a minute... Now we have that ole' blustery cold wind back, and I mean wind... Its whipping around out there so much tonight that I think if I went out it would blow me out to the Lake and back... Oh, when will it end?
And to top it off the prediction for the week-end is SNOW.. I'm seriously considering adding that word to the naughty word list. Can you tell I'm not to happy about all of this weather, I can assure you I am not the only one who is unhappy. Some of the schools are off this week for spring break and if they didn't have the opportunity to go south or somewhere warm I can guarantee you the kids are in the house bugging their parents. There is one consolation to this weather and that is, it feels soooo good to stay in the house with a cup of hot coffee, a blanket and a good book or a movie or to snuggle in bed and listen to the wind whipping outside and feel all cozy and warm. The only problem with that is I did that all winter!!! I want spring with the sweet smells of warming dirt, grass growing and faint scent of honey suckle and lilacs!!!! Yes that is what I want.... sigh
