Psalm 139: 5

In my Bible study class we are memorizing the 139th Psalm. I'm sure it is familiar to everyone, but in this class we are not only memorizing it we are pausing on each verse and trying to visualize it as if Jesus was talking to just you personally. chewing on every word and meaning. Applying it to your life in a personal way.

I epecially find verse 5 to be a very comforting one:

You have enclosed me behind and before,
And laid Your hand upon me.

Like the picture above Jesus encloses and surrounds our very being, He encompasess us from behind, before and lays His hand upon us. How can you not feel secure when you dwell on that thought. The next verse also says it is too wonderful, too high and we can not attain it. But remembering that He is the good shepared and is able to do all things. After all He created us and everything in this world, how wonderful it is to have that security knowing we are love that much.
