Somebodies gotta do it

Well, we finally got it, a snow storm, ya and I know there are alot of you who have been waiting for this.

While I do admit it is very beautiful, (who wouldn't) I still don't like it.

I took a few shots around the yard this morning.
We got bundled up like eskimos heading out on the tundra. It is really cold but sunny, I had so many layers of clothes in I wasn't sure I could move and was glad I had just used the bathroom.

Sweetman said, this is the day I had to learn how to use the snowblower. He's having surgery next week on his rotator cuff and won't be able to plow for some time~~~~~ So, out we went and after several careful instructions about the leavers and whatchamajigs I was off. Really wasn't to bad. as you can see I managed to get the drive plowed without even hitting anything.

Good for you.

You did such a great job plowing your drive that I think you could hire yourself out and make some money plowing other people's driveways. =)

You catch on fast. Good work with the snow blower. Winter is beautiful when the wind isn't blowing and the sun is out.
Hope your hubby has good results with his surgery. Therapy coming I bet.

Love the pictures. Sure is good to know that you are a woman who can do most things! LOL Good for Ray showing you how to handle the blower. Now that we have a tractor, Tom runs that all the time and my lawn tractor don't have the blower attached anymore.

Well that's quite the snow blower. I thought you'd be walking behind a machine. Imagine my surprise. I still like to shovel but then I don't have as much snow to plow as you.
