OH,
Creator of the Seasons:Budding flowers of the spring, sunny skies of blue and white puffy clouds of the Summer.
vibrant colors of the Autumn leaves, the cold white of Winter's virgin snow,
I give you thanks and praise.
Oh God, forgive me of my selfish wants, and things I do not need,
but give me daily bread, as I learn to walk with thee.
Please hear my cries for help O God,
When troubled times are here, hold steadfast to my hands I pray.
So I know that you are near.
I do not understand your ways; it is not up to me, but Help me to be strong instead and give you thanks and praise. Amen
My sister wrote this and she called it her Psalm of Praise and Thanks. She occasionally demonstrates this hidden talent of writing so I thought I would encourage her and post it so, all my blog readers can enjoy it as much as I did.
