Our world is beautiful

While up north last week-end we took a zig on the way home and visited Tahquamen falls. It was a spectacular sight to see most of the upper falls frozen, yet still displaying the tan color that the water is known to have from the tannic acid that flows through the waters there.

I mentioned how much snow there was and this is proof. Here you see roofs of the outhouses with about 2 feet of snow.
We were the only people wandering around the falls trails, it was a gorgeous day, with the sun brightly shinning, no wind, and very peaceful. I just love to take in moments like these and commit them to memory and thank God for the beauty He freely gives us.

Cheryl at Cherdecor promised me fluffy outhouses, and you delivered, lol! Wonderful photos. Living in Florida I never see anything like that. I remember Clifty Falls freezing like that in Madison, Indiana when I was a child there. I don't miss the cold, but I do miss the sights sometimes. Thanks for giving me a warm view of snow!

Thanks for returning my visit. Just a small disclaimer - I am a Christian and not a fan at all of the new President's policies, particularly on so-called social issues. I was just honored to welcome the President of the United States of America. My usual readers know this, I think, but since you are new I thought I should explain. Thanks for listening...
