We're buried in snow

I had today off but the snow didn't... no it's been steady most of the day falling lightly off and on but mostly on. Yeah, that lake effect again.

I took these out my front door this morning even before getting dressed. I wanted to catch the beauty before the wind kicked up or some of the snow fell off the branches of the trees. Sweetman thought I had lost my marbles or something when I grabbed the camera and stood outside in my robe with my boots on to take the pictures. He just shakes his head at me. I do some odd things I will admit.

It is beautiful and I love the just before daytime
that I call time between time. You know when its not quite light but almost.. It all looks kinda blue.

There is a similar time in the evening when it isn't daytime any more but it isn't nighttime either. I think I'm rambling but it has to be the snows fault.

The bird bath shows the real truth, there's about a foot of snow on this poor birdbath.

And here is my little dog the only one I own, he sits near my front door and at night his little light goes on but with all the snow covering the light sensor his little light is so confused, I cleared it all away once but it soon was recovered in, you guessed it, SNOW!!!

According to the weather man we have more on the way and not just flurries but as much as 10 inches more... Oh, spring I do long for you!!!

Posted by Picasa MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!!! JESUS IS THE REASON FOR THE SEASON.

LOOKS LIKE YOU GOT SOME GOOD SHOTS. ALSO, I WAS WISHING THAT SWEETMAN GOT A PIC OF YOU IN YOUR ROBE AND BOOTS. LOL ACTUALLY, I CAN PICTURE IT. I JUST CRACKED UP WHEN I READ THAT. THEN I LOOKED AT THE DOG PIC AND THOUGHT THAT POOR DOG IS SO COLD AND THEN READ ALONG AND FOUND OUT WHAT KIND OF DOG YOU REALLY HAVE.

LOVE YA!
