His Hands

I just thought you might like to see something my late father in law carved. He liked to spend time working with wood and made several things that he won awards for.
When he passed away we were given these hands that he made and I treasure them as does my husband because when we look at them we are actually seeing my father in laws hands. He carve his own hands.
He was a praying man and loved the Lord so they are a great reminder to us of what kind of man he was and also points us to our heavenly Father.

Hi Nancy and Ray, Those hands are most beautiful piece of art that I've ever seen. What a legacy that says so much about Ray's father. I love it, Kae

They are beautiful! It makes it even better to know he used his own hands as models.

He was talented with his hands in more ways than one. They are beautifully made and it's no wonder he won awards. It's also no wonder that you miss him. ((hugs))

I love the "hands." When I see hands, I can't help but think of the Saviour's hands. Those are truly beautiful and your father in law did a really good job. I will have to show them to my husband. He likes working with wood but has never carved anything. connie
